Eight Lands Organic Spirits.

Launched in 2019, Eight Lands is a super-premium, organic spirits brand which we distill and bottle at our own distillery on the estate. The name was inspired by the eight counties that you can see from the top of Ben Rinnes, the mountain that sits next to the distillery.

Organic Speyside Gin.

Fundamental to us is taste. Our award-winning gin has been created to win the heart of traditional Martini drinkers and excite experimental bartenders in the world’s best bars.

Organic Speyside Vodka.

Our vodka is incredibly smooth and characterful. We use both barley and wheat grains, a two-stage fermentation process, and a combination of column and pot stills.

VIP Tours.

For those looking for something extra special, our VIP visits will provide an immersive visit to Glenrinnes.

The half-day visit starts at our Estate Office, where you will jump in one of our vehicles for a tour of Glenrinnes Organic Estate with our Estate Manager, Alister. You will get a chance to visit the farms and see some of our organic livestock around our beautiful estate, including our pedigree herds of cattle, learning what makes organic farming different in the process. There will even be a chance to feed our friendly stags, Alfie and Henry!

Weather permitting, next you will head up to the top of Ben Rinnes mountain to take in the views and try to spot the eight counties that give Eight Lands its name. We will pack a flask of tea or coffee (your choice!), to enjoy at the top. Sun-kissed or windswept, you will head back down the mountain and arrive at Glenrinnes Distillery to meet our production team. Here you can learn all about Eight Lands Organic Spirits and what makes our award-winning products so special.

The team will give you a tutored tasting of our gin and vodka as well as a walk-around of our production space so that you can understand the intricacies of our processes and get up close with our locally-made stills. You will enjoy a light and healthy lunch, made with locally sourced ingredients where possible, alongside your choice of gin and tonic or vodka and tonic. Tea and coffee will follow the meal, paired with our “vodka ritual” of frozen vodka and scones.

Everyone that joins one of our tours can enjoy a 10% discount from the distillery shop. Each VIP visitor gets 1 x 5cl “mini” bottle of Eight Lands Organic Gin and 1 x 5cl “mini” bottle of Eight Lands Organic Vodka to take home.
